All Season Spa LLC (DBA All Seasons Spa Care LLC) (“Company”) provides spa and hot tub water care, chemical treatment, and related maintenance services. By scheduling or receiving service from the Company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Customer Responsibility Between Visits
The customer is solely responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, monitoring, and operation of their spa or hot tub between scheduled service visits. This includes, but is not limited to, checking and adjusting water chemistry, maintaining proper sanitizer levels, running filtration systems as recommended, and following all manufacturer guidelines.
Waiting Periods
Certain treatments require specific waiting periods before the spa may be safely used. The customer agrees to follow all waiting-period instructions provided by the Company. The Company is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage that results from the customer (or any user) entering or using the spa before the recommended waiting period has elapsed.
Water Balance and Chemistry After Service
Water chemistry can change after the technician leaves due to bather load, environmental factors, equipment issues, or customer use. The Company is not responsible for water that becomes improperly balanced, cloudy, or unsafe after service is completed. It is the customer’s responsibility to test and maintain proper water balance between visits.
Sanitation and Customer Usage
Low sanitizer levels or poor water quality that develop as a result of customer usage, heavy bather load, failure to run the filtration system, or failure to maintain recommended chemical levels are the customer’s responsibility. The Company is not liable for skin irritation, illness, equipment damage, or other issues caused by inadequate sanitation between service visits.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, All Season Spa LLC (DBA All Seasons Spa Care LLC) shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, illnesses, equipment failures, or other losses arising from:
- Failure to follow waiting-period or post-service instructions
- Improper water balance or low sanitation caused by customer use or maintenance practices after the technician leaves
- Any condition that develops between scheduled service visits
The Company’s liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the specific service visit in question.
Acknowledgment
By accepting service, the customer confirms that they understand and agree to these terms and that they are responsible for maintaining their spa or hot tub between visits.
